Contact conciergeMembership and billing
What is CRAT LuxePass?
A premium travel membership providing member travel pricing, global inventory, concierge support, LuxePoints, and optional direct performance participation.
What can members book?
Eligible inventory can include hotels, flights, airport lounges, cruises, tours, experiences, and concierge-supported travel services.
How are memberships paid?
Memberships are priced in USD and paid through secure Visa or Mastercard card processing. Supported local settlement can be handled by the connected payment provider.
What is Interswitch recurring payment?
It is the authorized card-renewal route planned for monthly subscription billing. Members should receive clear consent, notices, receipts, and card-management options.
What is the activation fee?
A one-time amount charged when a package is first opened: Explorer $25, Lifestyle $50, Prestige $75, Executive $100, or Legacy Black $250.
What services does each package include?
All packages include the club booking engine, Concierge Assistant, and curated member deals. Hotel discounts progress from small to medium, large, and eligible net rates. Lifestyle adds standard lounge access; Prestige adds four complimentary lounge visits yearly and Group Getaways; Executive adds unlimited lounge access and Group Getaways; Legacy Black adds unlimited lounge access, Group Getaways, and a dedicated Personal Travel Agent. Supplier availability and published terms apply.
LuxePoints
What are LuxePoints?
Closed-loop loyalty points earned from eligible completed travel and concierge activity. Every 100 available LuxePoints provides $1 toward an eligible future booking.
Can LuxePoints be withdrawn as cash?
No. LuxePoints are designed for eligible future travel bookings and do not have a cash-withdrawal route.
How are LuxePoints calculated?
Base rates are 2 points per $1 of eligible hotel spend, 1 per $5 of eligible flight spend, 1 per $1 for lounge spend, 2 per $1 for cruises, 3 per $1 for tours and experiences, and 2 per $1 for transfers or paid concierge services. Verified reviews earn 25 points and the first completed eligible travel booking earns 100 bonus points once. The active package multiplier is then applied and the result is rounded down to a whole point.
What are the package multipliers?
Explorer 1x, Lifestyle 1.25x, Prestige 1.5x, Executive 2x, and Legacy Black 3x.
When do points become available?
After the relevant booking or service is completed and supplier, refund, cancellation, duplicate, and eligibility checks are finished.
What happens after a refund or cancellation?
Related pending or available points and commissions may be reversed or adjusted in the member ledger.
How can I use LuxePoints?
Apply available points at 100 LuxePoints for $1 toward an eligible future booking. The permitted amount and booking value are shown before confirmation, and points cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Direct partners and settlement
What is the direct partner programme?
An optional performance programme based only on personally introduced customers, successful subscriptions, active retention, and eligible LuxePoints earned through completed travel.
How does the 20% LuxePoints share work?
If personally introduced customers accumulate 30,000 eligible LuxePoints, the direct partner share is 6,000 LuxePoints, representing $60 of eligible future travel value. No second-level customer activity is included.
What fiat commissions can a direct partner earn?
The framework includes 10% of eligible net first-month subscription revenue, tiered retention of 5%, 6%, or 7%, and a possible quarterly uplift equal to 5% of eligible direct fiat commissions. Activation and retention do not apply to the same customer payment: retention starts with the first successful renewal.
How does the three-step retention ladder work?
Standard Partners with 1–49 verified active direct customers receive 5% for up to 12 successful renewal months. Growth Partners with 50–99 receive 6% for up to 18 months. Century Partners receive 7% for up to 24 months after satisfying the Century entry rules.
How does Century qualification, maintenance, and recovery work?
Entry requires 100+ verified active personally introduced customers for two consecutive billing cycles. Once qualified, a partner maintains Century at 90+. If the count falls below 90, a 60-day recovery window applies. If the threshold is not restored, the account is reclassified prospectively to Growth or Standard according to the verified active count; previously approved commission is not removed solely because of that later change.
Are commissions based on gross customer spend, and when are they paid?
No. Percentages use eligible net subscription revenue after applicable costs and adjustments. Approved balances meeting the published minimum threshold are scheduled for monthly bank settlement after validation and beneficiary checks.
Concierge and inventory
What does concierge handle, and is travel inventory guaranteed?
Concierge can support trip design, hotels, flights, lounges, cruises, dining, tours, experiences, transfers, celebrations, changes, and in-trip coordination. Inventory is not guaranteed; rates and availability vary by supplier, date, market, and eligibility.
