How member and visitor information is collected, used and protected.
The full privacy notice is published before public enrollment opens. It describes what is collected at sign-up and booking, how card details are handled by the connected payment processor, how concierge requests and booking history are stored in the member office, and how partner attribution records are kept.
Card numbers are never stored by CRAT LuxePass. Recurring billing runs through the connected processor with member consent, billing notices and receipts.
